A graph or chart with a downward trending line (line chart). Generally considered a bad sign. A bearish sign for stocks or other financials where a downward trend is considered bad. Unless, of course, you are shorting (betting against) the stock. When shorting something, an upward trend is bad and a downward trend is good.
